Operations Coordinator, Insights

Overview:  

The Insights product is a new offering for Guidepoint's Institutional investment and corporate clients, that offers teleconferences, surveys, and in-person events. The teleconferences live in a transcript library portal, which covers a wide of industries/topics that enables our clients to make informed decisions. All content features experts from Guidepoint’s proprietary global network and is conceptualized and hosted by former investment professionals (i.e., private equity/hedge fund), sell-side equity research analysts, and industry professionals.  Visit Insights team biographies at https://www.guidepoint.com/insights/#team.  

This position can be remote. Ideal candidates MUST be comfortable working on a shift from 5:30PM to 2:30 AM IST.  

What You’ll Do:  

• Support operations associate in hosting teleconferences across sectors in APAC 
• Send invitations to experts and oversee experts RSVPs and compliance 
• Manage all correspondence with advisors prior to meetings  
• Assist in maximizing attendance at events, ensure events runs successfully and conduct post-event cost analysis and review experts/advisors charges 
• Assist in managing internal documents 
• Work closely with other team members to ensure the successful execution of meetings via the scheduling of advisors for breakfast/lunch meetings agendas and teleconferences 
• Provide the team with all relevant materials for the events including PowerPoint slides, event signage, and brochures. 

What You Have:  

• Bachelor’s degree  
• Previous project management experience strongly preferred 
• Exceptional organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail 
• Ability to prioritize and multi-task and to work under tight deadlines 
• Flexibility to work long and unpredictable hours 
• Proficiency in MS-Office, Outlook, and Google Suite 
• Proficient in the use of the internet for research 
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and persuasively, both verbally and textually 
• Demonstrated ability to work both in a team atmosphere and autonomously 
• A desire to work in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment
