We are looking for an experienced operations professional to join our team from October 2026.
This is a full-time, office-based position in Durban.
This position would be ideal for someone who is dependable, organised, hands-on, takes ownership of their work, and understands the importance of delivering an excellent customer experience.
- Relevant experience in travel. tour operations, group travel or event operations
- Strong knowledge of accommodation, transport, flights, itineraries, and supplier coordination
- Experience managing bookings, allocations, travel documentation, and operational deadlines
- Excellent administrative, organisational, and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
- Confident working with booking, reservation, and CRM systems
- Manage our enquiry email boxes and overall data hygience in our CRM system
- The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment
- Excellent supplier and customer communication skills
- A proactive, accountable, and solution-driven approach
- Sports travel or major-event experience would be an advantage
- Minimum 3 years'work experience in either a retail travel agency, tour operator or similar
- Offer administrative support to the CEO (such as staff travel, functions, and office administration)
