Your Perspectives

Prenderai parte a diversi progetti di trasformazione del business dei principali players in ambito Asset & Wealth Management, attraverso il ridisegno dei modelli operativi e la reingegnerizzazione dei processi interni.

Svolgerai attività di benchmarking su trend, economics e best practices del mercato locale ed estero; parteciperai a progetti di disegno ed implementazione di Target Operating Model per primarie realtà dell’industry; supporterai i nostri clienti nel valutare impatti e opportunità derivanti dall’adozione di nuove tecnologie o dall’entrata in vigore di nuove normative; contribuirai alla reingegnerizzazione di processi e prassi operative, garantendone la conformità con normative interna ed esterna; avrai un ruolo chiave nella gestione di processi trasformativi per la realtà aziendale (eg migrazioni, lanci di nuovi prodotti e servizi, etc)

Sarai coinvolto/a in progetti di consulenza in ambito process improvement, analisi delle best practice di mercato, identificazione delle potenziali aree di efficientamento e di soluzioni digitali avanzate al fine di migliorare la gestione del business.

Aiuterai la clientela ad esplorare nuove opportunità di business ed a sviluppare nuovi servizi.

Per questa opportunità è previsto un inserimento con contratto al:
  • 3° livello CCNL Commercio (28.000€-30.000€) per candidati senza esperienza o esperienza minima
  • 2° livello CCNL Commercio (31.500€-32.500€) per candidati con comprovata esperienza nel ruolo
