About the Position: We are seeking a detail-oriented, customer-focused Operations Coordinator to support daily operations by maintaining accurate production inventory and shipping records in ERP and other computer systems. This role helps track raw materials, ensure timely fulfillment of metal product orders, and assist with general administrative duties and special projects as needed.

Responsibilities

Core Responsibilities 

• Administrative Support: Enter, update, and organize daily operational records, reports, and documentation. 

• Inventory Documentation: Maintain accurate records for incoming materials, finished goods, and related paperwork. 

• Record Maintenance: Update electronic files, organize shipping documents, and ensure all material records are complete and accurate. 

• Clerical Coordination: Assist with shipping, receiving, filing, data entry, and communication between departments. 

• Information Verification: Review documents and records for accuracy, completeness, and proper routing. 

• Report Preparation: Prepare routine daily or weekly summaries for management review. 
• Office Support: Assist with quality records, audit paperwork, general administrative tasks, and special projects as needed

Qualifications

Key Requirements 

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent required. 

• Technical Skills: Basic typing, ten-key proficiency, and working knowledge of Microsoft Excel. 

• Soft Skills: Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to communicate clearly with supervisors. 
• Attention to Detail: Able to identify incorrect part numbers, weights, or measurements.
