Onboarding Manager

About the Role

We're looking for an Onboarding Manager to manage the full onboarding process for our merchant and corporate accounts — coordinating across departments, handling corporate documentation, and onboarding directly with banks, PSPs, and acquirers.

This role sits at the center of a lot of moving parts. You'll need to be organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable chasing down documents and answers from different teams to keep every application moving without delay.

Key Responsibilities

• Onboard directly with acquirers, PSPs, and banks, managing applications from submission through approval
• Coordinate across different departments in the business to ensure applications are correctly completed and submitted
• Handle and manage corporate documents required for onboarding with banking and payment partners
• Keep an organized, up-to-date database of all applications in progress
• Maintain accurate, daily record-keeping on Monday CRM
• Track application status closely and flag delays or missing requirements before they become blockers

• Strong organizational skills and comfort managing multiple applications at different stages simultaneously
• Experience coordinating across departments to gather documentation and information
• Comfort handling corporate documents (KYC/KYB paperwork, incorporation documents, etc.)
• Fluent English
  

Nice-to-Have

• Experience with PSP onboarding within the iGaming or Forex broker vertical
• Familiarity with Monday.com or similar CRM tools
