Key Responsibilities

Functional Expertise — One Primary Area Required

Candidates should bring strong depth in at least one of the following areas. Exposure to more than one area is advantageous but not required.

  • Supply Chain: Demand and supply planning; inventory optimization; logistics and distribution analytics; network design; manufacturing and service-level performance; working capital; end-to-end supply chain diagnostics.

  • Procurement: Spend analytics; category and supplier analysis; sourcing opportunity assessment; should-cost and cost-driver analysis; contract and compliance analytics; supplier performance; savings tracking and value realization.

  • Pricing: Pricing strategy and execution; price-volume-mix analysis; discount and rebate analytics; segmentation and willingness-to-pay; margin waterfall; deal and quote analytics; price realization and performance tracking.

Team & Delivery Leadership

  • Lead and oversee analytical workstreams, ensuring clear scope, robust planning, timely execution, and high-quality outputs.

  • Guide Analysts and Senior Analysts through requirement breakdown, analytical design, task planning, execution reviews, and capability development.

  • Allocate and prioritize work effectively across competing timelines, dependencies, and stakeholder needs.

  • Review SQL pipelines, Excel models, analytical frameworks, and final outputs for accuracy, consistency, scalability, and adherence to best practices.

  • Maintain strong governance, documentation, quality controls, and information flow across all deliverables.

  • Contribute to knowledge assets, standardized KPI frameworks, and reusable solutions across teams and functional areas.

Business & Analytical Problem Solving

  • Interpret financial statements and operational data to identify opportunities across revenue, cost, margin, cash flow, and working capital.

  • Translate ambiguous business questions into clear problem statements, hypotheses, analytical pathways, and measurable outcomes.

  • Define analytical approaches, estimate effort, identify data requirements, and link outputs to business value.

  • Build reusable frameworks, templates, KPI structures, and analytical assets that improve consistency and delivery efficiency.

  • Apply functional expertise in Pricing, Procurement, or Supply Chain to diagnose performance gaps and develop practical, data-driven recommendations.

Stakeholder Management

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for consulting teams, and internal stakeholders, ensuring alignment on expectations, scope, and outcomes.

  • Facilitate discussions to gather requirements, refine problem statements, resolve ambiguities, and build stakeholder alignment.

  • Communicate analytical insights in a clear, concise, and business-oriented manner that supports leadership decision-making.

  • Build trusted relationships through transparent communication, structured updates, and proactive resolution of risks and issues.

Technical Skills

  • Ensure SQL queries/codes, Excel models, data transformations, and analytical workflows are accurate, efficient, scalable, and well documented.

  • Identify data gaps, analytical risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks, and design appropriate mitigation strategies.

  • Drive continuous improvement in analytical processes, reporting standards, governance, and delivery efficiency.

Experience & Skills Requirements

  • Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in analytics-led business transformation, consulting, or a comparable industry role.

  • Demonstrated depth in at least one functional area: Pricing, Procurement, or Supply Chain, with a track record of translating analytics into measurable business impact.

  • Strong leadership capability, including experience guiding teams through structured problem-solving and high-quality project execution.

  • Advanced, hands-on SQL/Python and Excel expertise (non-negotiable), including complex data manipulation, query optimization, modelling logic, and analytical calculations.

  • Strong understanding of business and financial drivers, operational KPIs, and value levers relevant to the chosen functional area.

  • Experience working with large, complex datasets and integrating data from enterprise systems. Familiarity with platforms such as SAP or comparable pricing/procurement/supply chain systems is beneficial.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage senior and global clients directly.

  • Ability to manage multiple workstreams, allocate tasks, balance workloads, and ensure timely, high-quality delivery.

  • Entrepreneurial mindset, high ownership, sound judgement, and a proactive approach to identifying risks, improvement opportunities, and new solution pathways.
