OBJETIVO DEL CARGO
Brindar atención, orientación, apoyo en las necesidades medicinales y de salud del personal, ya sea de manera presencial, telefónica o por radio, con el fin de que las/los colaboradoras/es estén en buenas condiciones de salud para realizar su labor.
RESPONSABILIDADES GENERALES DEL CARGO
- Atención médica y primeros auxilios.
- Gestión de botiquines e insumos médicos.
- Apoyo al SGSST y prevención de riesgos.
- Seguimiento a la salud del personal.
- Reporte de incidentes y emergencias.
- Coordinación con centros de atención médica.
- Impartir capacitaciones al personal de Primeros Auxilios y Primer Respondiente
- Experiencia específica en Resguardos del Pueblo Motilón Barí
- Formación en Enfermería y/o Auxiliar de Enfermería.
- Certificación en Atención Pre-Hospitalaria (APH). (Deseable)
- Experiencia mínima de 2 años en el área.
- Conocimientos en Farmacología, Manejo de Trauma Pre-hospitalario, Salud Ocupacional, Primeros Auxilios, Soporte Vital Básico.
- Tener acondicionamiento físico para la realización de caminatas largas en terrenos quebrados e irregulares.
- Conocimiento de la cultura del pueblo indígena Barí y capacidad para brindar atención en salud con enfoque intercultural, respetando la medicina ancestral y las prácticas tradicionales de salud.
