Services SFT recrute un(e) nutritionniste-diététiste pour une mission au Waskaganish à la Baie-James.
La ressource interviendra auprès d’une clientèle hospitalisée ainsi qu’en clinique externe, notamment en oncologie et en hémodialyse.
Vos principales missions
- Assurer le suivi nutritionnel des patients hospitalisés
- Intervenir en clinique externe (oncologie, hémodialyse, etc.)
- Évaluer les besoins nutritionnels des patients
- Élaborer des plans de soins nutritionnels adaptés
- Collaborer avec l’équipe médicale et interdisciplinaire
- Assurer la documentation clinique des interventions
Conditions de travail
- 🌞 Quart de travail : jour
- 📅 Mandat à temps complet : 35 heures / semaine
- 🚫 Aucun horaire de garde
Rémunération et avantages
- 💰 Taux horaire : 50 $/heure
- 🍽️ Per diem : 60 $ / jour travaillé
- ✈️ Transport et logement pris en charge (selon conditions)
- 🤝 Accompagnement administratif et logistique
Profil recherché
- Membre en règle de l’Ordre professionnel des diététistes-nutritionnistes
- Permis de conduire valide
- Véhicule personnel requis
- Capacité à travailler en milieu hospitalier et en clinique externe
- Autonomie, rigueur et esprit d’équipe
