Services SFT recrute un(e) Infirmier(ère) pour un mandat en médecine en Gaspésie.
Vous intégrerez une équipe engagée offrant des soins de proximité dans un environnement collaboratif et bienveillant.
🔎 Responsabilités principales
- Assurer des soins infirmiers adaptés aux patients en médecine générale
- Évaluer l’état de santé et ajuster les interventions
- Collaborer avec les professionnels de santé pour optimiser les plans de soins
- Accompagner les patients et leurs proches
- Participer activement à la continuité des soins
- Contribuer au bon fonctionnement de l’unité
✅ Exigences
- DEC en soins infirmiers
- Membre en règle de l’OIIQ
- Expérience en médecine générale requise
- Expérience avec différentes clientèles (un atout)
- Bon jugement clinique et esprit d’équipe
- Sens de l’organisation et autonomie
