Responsibilities
- Proactively reach out to potential customers and engage them in discussions about DBS Bank's consumer banking products and services
- Provide personalized recommendations and solutions to meet the financial needs of customers
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries and resolving any issues promptly
- Collaborate with the broader Consumer Banking team to identify and capitalize on cross-selling opportunities
- Contribute to the achievement of sales targets and key performance indicators
- Continuously enhance product knowledge and sales skills through training and development
