Responsibilities
- Manage and grow a portfolio of individual clients, providing tailored financial solutions and wealth management advice.
- Acquire new customers through active prospecting, referrals, and participation in branch marketing events.
- Achieve individual sales targets across a range of financial products, including investment, insurance, and treasury solutions.
- Conduct regular financial portfolio reviews with clients to ensure their investment strategies align with their financial goals and risk profiles.
- Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring prompt resolution of client queries and maintaining high satisfaction levels.
- Adhere strictly to regulatory requirements, compliance standards, and internal bank policies to mitigate risk.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related discipline.
- Proven track record in relationship management, wealth management, or financial sales within the banking sector.
- Strong knowledge of financial products, including wealth advisory, insurance, and investment instruments.
- Relevant financial certifications (such as CMFAS papers or equivalent local regulatory certifications) are highly preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse client segments.
- Strong analytical skills with a customer-centric mindset and a results-driven attitude.
