We are looking for an experienced Office Manager who is structured, solution-oriented, and able to be in many places at once. You won't be fazed when things go wrong and need fixing right away, and you genuinely enjoy creating a workplace people love coming into.
The Role
As Office Manager at Hacksaw Studios you own the process from daily operations to long-term planning, ensuring the studio runs smoothly as we continue to grow. It's a hands-on leadership role where you'll work closely with management, external partners, and you will be responsible for our day-to-day work at the office.
Your key responsibilities include:
- Own the office budget, vendor contracts and supplier relationships.
- Be responsible for our day-to-day tasks, from restocking supplies and receiving deliveries, to staying close enough to catch bigger issues before they become problems.
- Plan and drive the studio's office strategy, space planning, upgrades, and improvements.
- Take ownership of larger internal events and initiatives.
- Be a contact person for landlords, facilities, and service providers.
- Support management with administrative coordination and scheduling.
