About the Working Families Party The Working Families Party (WFP) is the progressive party for the multiracial working class, fighting for a nation that works for the many, not the few. ABOUT THE ROLE Our Field Organizer program will support our Vote WFP campaign in NY19, a must-win general election race in the state. In this district, we will help defend NYWFP-endorsed Democrat Josh Riley and defeat his Republican challenger Peter Oberacker by driving up votes for Riley on the Working Families ballot line. The Field Organizer will receive comprehensive field training, including on field strategy, community organizing, voter contact tools, persuasion, and volunteer recruitment and management. This program runs from September 21, 2026 to November 6, 2026.
