About this role
- To receive the charts of the outpatient/Inpatients from Medical records and return the same after consultation.
- To coordinate with staff nurse for receiving Accident trauma case and any other sick cases
- To receive the patient and check vital signs, Height and weight of the patient and enter the same in the system.
- Effective management of IP /OP treatment rooms and consultation rooms and ensures that consultant’s rooms are properly equipped and supplied.
- To assist with Staff nurse during the e patients shifting for further investigations (CT, MRI, x-Ray, OT)
- Assist the consultants to perform Patient (AHC/IP /OP) procedures in treatment rooms.
- Assist to transport the patient within the Hospital in the process of consultation.
- To prepare trays and instruments in the OPD for sterilization and receive the same from CSSD.
- To be responsible for the proper disposal of bio-medical waste.
- To participate and contribute to departmental quality initiatives
- To be aware of departments performance and objective.
- To carryout data collection/support in data collection.
