We are seeking an experienced NR RM (Non-Resident Relationship Manager) with 5–10 years of experience in banking, investment advisory, and wealth management. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in managing Non-Resident Indian (NRI) clients, understanding their financial objectives, and providing customized investment and wealth management solutions.

The role requires a strong understanding of banking products, investment solutions, portfolio management, and wealth management, along with excellent relationship-building and communication skills. The candidate will be responsible for developing long-term relationships with NRI clients while identifying opportunities to grow the client portfolio and achieve business targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and develop relationships with NRI/HNI clients, understanding their financial goals, investment preferences, and risk profiles.
  • Provide personalized wealth management and investment solutions based on client requirements and financial objectives.
  • Act as a trusted investment specialist, advising clients on suitable investment products, asset allocation, portfolio diversification, and long-term wealth creation.
  • Develop a strong understanding of banking products and services relevant to NRI customers, including NRE/NRO accounts, deposits, remittances, loans, insurance, and investment products.
  • Identify cross-selling and up-selling opportunities across banking, investment, and wealth management products.
  • Acquire new NRI clients through referrals, networking, existing relationships, and other business development channels.
  • Maintain regular engagement with clients and provide timely updates regarding their portfolios, investments, and financial requirements.
  • Analyze client portfolios and recommend appropriate investment strategies based on market conditions, financial objectives, and risk appetite.
  • Coordinate with internal teams including investment specialists, operations, compliance, credit, and product teams to ensure seamless client servicing.
  • Ensure adherence to applicable KYC, AML, regulatory, compliance, and banking guidelines for NRI relationships.
  • Monitor client portfolios and proactively identify opportunities or risks requiring attention.
  • Maintain accurate client records, relationship information, investment details, and business pipeline.
  • Achieve assigned revenue, acquisition, investment, and portfolio growth targets.

Experience & Qualifications

  • Experience: 5–10 years in banking, wealth management, investment advisory, private banking, or related financial services.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Relevant professional certifications in investments, banking, or wealth management will be an advantage.
