Nonsensical - Account Manager / Senior Account Manager

Manage TikTok Shop accounts for top beauty brands and support EU launches. Bilingual AM role (French/German/Italian/Spanish). E-commerce agency background needed.

£2.6k-£2.9k/month | Full-time | UK hoursWe're Nonsensical, a UK-based, fully remote agency that runs TikTok Shop for some of the biggest names in beauty. Our work with Estée Lauder brands like MAC and Too Faced has put us on the map in the TikTok Shop world, and we've built a reputation for delivering large-scale live shopping events and shop operations that really perform. Off the back of that success, we've won three or four new clients, with several more starting in the next two weeks. Growth is happening fast, and now we need the right people to help us deliver.

Our team works remotely across the UK (we have a co-working space in Birmingham if you're ever nearby), and we've successfully brought on international talent before through JobRack. We're flexible, client-focused, and moving quickly into European markets. Right now we're pitching for German clients and preparing to launch in France, Italy and Germany. We're looking for a Bilingual Account Manager who can own client relationships and day-to-day delivery for our new TikTok Shop accounts. You'll be the main point of contact for clients, managing listings, ads and everything that keeps their TikTok Shop running smoothly. Because we're expanding into European markets, you'll also support launches in Germany, France or Spain, which means checking bundles and communications going out in the native language and speaking directly to clients in theirs.

Here's what you'll be doing:

📋 Manage the client relationship and act as the main point of contact for new TikTok Shop accounts

✏️ Understand what clients are after and translate that into delivery on their TikTok Shop

💻 Manage listings, ads and day-to-day operations across multiple TikTok Shop accounts

🌍 Support launches in other European markets (Germany, France or Italy)

💬 Check bundles and communications going out in native languages where applicable

🤝 Work closely with internal teams to make sure clients are looked after and delivery is on point

You'll need to overlap with UK working hours, but there's flexibility around when you get the work done as long as clients and directors have what they need.

To be successful in this role, you need:

✅ 3-5 years experience as an Account Manager within an e-commerce agency

✅ A strong understanding of e-commerce, including listings, ads and client management

✅ Hands-on experience with Amazon, eBay or a similar e-commerce platform (TikTok Shop experience is not required and can be trained in days)

✅ Full fluency (written and verbal) in French, German, Spanish or Italian - this is mandatory

⭐ A second European language

You're someone who can just get on with the work. Clients trust you, and you don't need much hand-holding to deliver what's expected. You're comfortable in a fast-moving environment where things are still being figured out, and you're happy to be flexible as long as the work gets done and clients are looked after. You bring a proper client-services mindset and you're confident in managing relationships across different markets and languages.
