Non-Certified CT Technologist (CT Technologist Trainee) - New Graduates are Encouraged to Apply! Pay Range: $31.35 – $45.50 per hour

Schedule: Full-Time | Night Shift

The Non-Certified CT Technologist (CT Technologist Trainee) is an entry-level opportunity for new graduates and registered Radiologic Technologists seeking to advance into Computed Tomography. Under the direct supervision of a Certified CT Technologist, the trainee performs diagnostic CT procedures, supports Radiologists, and processes images through PACS.

Responsibilities

• Perform CT examinations under the supervision of a Certified CT Technologist.
• Prepare and position patients while ensuring quality and safety.
• Produce diagnostic images following established CT and radiation safety protocols.
• Process images through PACS and complete required documentation.
• Support Radiologists and the interdisciplinary care team.
• Complete all required CT training and competencies within six (6) months.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING

1. One year of acute, clinical radiology experience is preferred.

2. Extensive knowledge of anatomy and medical terminology is required.

3. Radiology state license is required.

4. Current ARRT- RT Certification is required upon hire

5. ARRT- CT Certification obtained within 6 months of hire.

6. Must possess and maintain BCLS (AHA) upon hire.

7. Proficient computer skills.

The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
