Retailors, a subsidiary of Fox Group, is an operating partner for the Nike sports brand in Denmark. We are currently seeking a Visual Merchandiser Lead for one of our new store location in Købmagergade. The Lead’s mission at is to take dedicated responsibility to monitor & manage the back of house & specific sales area to drive commercial success.

You will be reporting to the Store Manager to effectively execute all VM related tasks.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 

Store Operations  

Performance 

• Responsible for implementing action plans to achieve individual & team results 
• Build & maintain a strong commercial awareness of competitors & local markets 

People 

• Support Store Management in preparing One-On-One meetings for the team 
• Responsible for coaching & developing team members 

• Responsible for measuring performance of store team  

Product 

• Responsible for implementing & following all provided Collection Training & VM Guidelines 
• Responsible for merchandise availability 
• Responsible for maintaining overall stock management & movement in stockroom & on sales area 

Customer Service & CRM 

• Responsible for establishing a client centric mindset to ensure client experience 
• Responsible for CRM data gathering & quality management 
• Responsible for transaction, complaint & return handling 

Processes & Systems 

• Responsible that all company policies & procedures are followed  
• Proficient utilization of business systems & latest technology 
• Responsible for all operations for loss prevention

Visual Merchandising: 

• Implement all VM displays to comply with Nike Brand and Retailors standards (visual toolkit) & guidelines  
• Accountable for sales floor standards (replenishment, folding standards, size runs etc.)  
• Maintain & ensure VM equipment & audits (sale signage, shelves, hangers, size beads etc.)  
• Successfully execute new initiatives, floor sets and mannequin changes 
• Athlete and Coach empowerment - educate the team in order for them to support the execution on VM fundamentals  

• Work effectively with BOH team to finish load-ins in a timely manner  
• Ensure on-going care and maintenance of displays, merchandise  
• Builds and maintains knowledge of visual merchandise strategies and current trends  
• Training of VM fundamentals to store team 

Minimum Qualifications 

• Experience in a similar position where the ability to meet & exceed targets has been demonstrated 
• Previous experience in coaching, training & developing team members 
• Brand Knowledge & the ability to represent the brands attributes 
• Commercial mindset 

• Excellent communication skills at all levels 
• Ability to be flexible & adaptable to the need of the business 
• Experience in networking & building relationships 
• Proficient utilization of business systems & latest technology 
• Willingness to constantly learn & develop 

• Passionate & knowledgeable about the brand 
• Fluent in a second language would be an advantage (spoken & written) 
• Ability to work weekends, evenings and holidays as needed
