Nike Visual Merchandiser Lead

As a Visual Merchandiser at Nike Emporia, you will be responsible for the creative execution and presentation of new collections, ensuring an outstanding in-store brand experience. Working closely with the store team, you will help maximize customer engagement, drive sales, and create inspiring product displays that reflect Nike's unique identity and current trends.

Your Responsibilities

• Create and implement engaging visual merchandising presentations that reflect Nike's brand aesthetics and seasonal trends to attract customers and drive sales.
• Ensure an exceptional visual experience through the continual update and maintenance of signage, fixtures, displays, and promotional materials.
• Strategically merchandise products to maximize visibility and create a seamless and inspiring shopping journey for customers.
• Collaborate closely with the store team to maintain a dynamic sales floor and stock presentation aligned with customer needs and business priorities.
• Support store operations by ensuring visual standards are consistently met and executed according to Nike guidelines.

What We're Looking For

• 2-3 years of experience in visual merchandising or a similar retail role.
• Strong visual presentation skills and attention to detail.
• A positive attitude and the ability to thrive in a dynamic team environment.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Passion for sports, fashion, and the Nike brand.
