We operate in a dynamic, fast-paced startup environment where adaptability and innovation are crucial for success.   New Studio Openings Launch Manager Overview Reports to:  Sr. Director, New Studio Openings    We are currently seeking a dynamic and talented New Studio Openings Launch Manager (NSO-LM) to join our Franchise Support team. In this role, you will be instrumental in supporting the successful launch of new franchise studios by providing on-site leadership during their first week of operation. Your presence and expertise will give franchise owners and their teams the confidence, tools, and coaching they need to deliver an exceptional client experience and operate independently. This role requires frequent travel (85%) and the ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-energy environments. When not traveling, the NSO-LM Manager plays a vital role in providing administrative support for the New Studio Openings (NSO) department,  documents and shares lessons learned to continuously optimize future launches, and reports feedback about the studio to internal teams.
