About this role

1. Establish and Implement the Gold Vertical business strategy, Gold Loan business development from branches and Sales Team.
2. Setting up and Managing BDE Channel. Conduct market research, including area mapping, to identify sales possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
3. Co-ordinating with branches/respective BB team to ensure delivery of business goals.

  1. Design, develop and execute effective sales strategies for gold loan product.
  2. Evaluate and implement the strategies and alliances. 
  3. Oversee the all the financial aspects, including the budgeting etc.
  4. Gold Loan business development from branches and Sales Team. 
  5. Setting up and managing the entire BDE sales Channel.
  6. Co-ordinating with branches/respective BB team to ensure delivery of business goals.

Qualification: MBA

Experience: 10 to 18 years
