| Job Purpose | End-to-end ownership of strategy, governance, operations, and compliance across: • Active Directory & Microsoft 365 User Management & Compliance • O365 License Management & Compliance • Email Security management • Teams & SharePoint Management • Endpoint Patch Management • DLP and Antivirus • Various end point security projects |
| Duties and Responsibilities | Responsibilities: Access Management • Govern identity lifecycle (Joiner, Mover, Leaver processes) in AD and M365 • Enforce security controls such as MFA, Conditional Access • Access recertification and audit reviews • Manage O365 privileged access (PIM) and Zero Trust model Email Security • Define enterprise email security posture • Manage anti-phishing, anti-spam, and malware controls • Oversee SPF, DKIM, DMARC implementation, Safe-Links and Safe Attachments • Threat monitoring & incident management, email quarantine analysis. • Compliance, Audit & Governance Microsoft Teams & SharePoint • Define governance model for Teams & SharePoint • Manage access control, sharing policies, and collaboration security Endpoint Patch Management • Define patch management strategy • Ensure Endpoint patch deployment, compliance and vulnerability remediation End Point Security • Define strategy AV, DLP and various security applications • Ensure compliance as per regulatory standard and company policy |
| Required Qualifications and Experience | Required Qualifications and Experience • Minimum qualification required is Graduate with 12-15 Years experience in Email Security, Office 365, Microsoft 365 Security & Active Directory. • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Defender for Office 365, Cisco Email Security solutions • Automation-oriented mindset. • Good project management skills. • Effective documentation, communication & Leadership Skills. |
