Woodard & Curran seeks a highly motivated and experienced National Business Development Leader (NBDL) to lead our public sector business development team. You will identify growth opportunities in alignment with executing the company’s vision and strategic plan while leading and partnering in decision-making that sustains organizational change. You will leverage current partnerships and develop new strategic relationships, ensuring the achievement of sales, market position, and client satisfaction goals. This Business Development leadership position requires expertise in sales within the water and environmental markets in the public sector. In doing so, you will support the execution of a market-led approach based on leveraging the full power of Woodard & Curran talent to create value for our clients. You will promote organizational values and commitment to the development of employees as leaders throughout Woodard & Curran.     Location: Hybrid role located near one of Woodard & Curran's primary office locations.   Metro areas of: Portland, ME Boston, MA Providence, RI New York, NY Middletown, CT Philadelphia, PA Atlanta, GA Tampa, FL St Louis, MO Pittsburgh, PA Sacramento, CA San Francisco, CA Los Angeles, CA San Diego, CA   Travel: Travel required, approximately 15 - 40%.
