About this role

Software Requirements:

  • In-depth understanding of various technologies and software systems

  • Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies

Overall Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage cross-functional technology teams

  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members

  • Drive technology initiatives and ensure successful delivery of projects

  • Identify areas for improvement and implement process changes to increase efficiency

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technology solutions

  • Evaluate new technologies and make recommendations for adoption

  • Develop and maintain technology roadmaps and ensure alignment with overall business strategy

  • Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts

Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field

  • A minimum of 3+ years of experience in technology leadership and software development

  • Strong technical expertise in multiple areas of software development and technology

  • Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing projects

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to think strategically and translate business requirements into technical solutions

  • Experience with cloud computing platforms and infrastructure

Day-to-Day Activities:
