Für die Position des Sachbearbeiters für internationale Versicherungsprogramme / Multinational Client Coordinator (w/m/d) suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen neuen Kollegen (m/w/d) zur Verstärkung unseres Teams an einem unserer deutschen AIG-Standorte.   

 

Was Sie erwartet: 

  • Implementierung und Koordination von komplexen internationalen Versicherungslösungen in unterschiedlichen Sparten 

  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Underwriting bei Angebotsanfragen und Programmerneuerungen, abgestimmt auf die gesetzlichen Rahmenbedingungen und Anforderungen der internationalen Versicherungsmärkte 

  • Pflegen und Überwachung des Zahlungsflusses von Versicherungsprämien  

  • Sicherstellen der Einhaltung unserer Richtlinien und Service Levels (z.B. Dokumentations- und Lieferzeiten) 

  • Betreuung und Überwachung eines zugewiesenen Portfolios internationaler Accounts 

  • Ansprechpartner (w/m/d) und Eskalationspunkt für Makler, Kunden und interne Stakeholder 

  • Effektive und zielgerichtete Kommunikation an interne Stakeholder, Kunden und Makler 

 

Was Sie mitbringen: 

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Versicherungskaufmann / zur Versicherungskauffrau oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung  

  • Mindestens erste Erfahrung in der Bearbeitung von komplexen internationalen Versicherungsprogrammen 

  • Idealerweise gute Kenntnisse des Industrieversicherungsmarktes 

  • Sehr gute und offene Kommunikation schriftlich/mündlich in Englisch und Deutsch 

  • Sehr gute Service- und Kundenorientierung, Fähigkeit Beziehungen auf der Führungsebene zu Kunden/Maklern aufbauen und pflegen 

  • Hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative und Priorisierung vielfältiger, auch gegensätzlicher Aufgaben 

  • Gutes Zeitmanagement, Flexibilität und Belastbarkeit 

  • Gute MS Office Kenntnisse (Word, Excel)
