Job Description

• Assist in sourcing and purchasing MRO supplies and equipment, such as tools, maintenance supplies, and other operational resources.
• Collaborate with team members to identify purchasing needs and ensure timely procurement of materials.
• Analyze supplier proposals and negotiate pricing and terms under the guidance of purchasing professionals and operational procedures.
• Assist in the review and processing of invoices and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Participate in supplier evaluation meetings and help track supplier performance metrics.
• Provide administrative support, including data entry, report generation, and documentation management.

Qualifications

Experience in procurement or other applicable business experience.

Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field is required or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Good English communication is preferred

Can bear high pressure
