Summary: As an MRI Technologist, you will be a vital member of our healthcare team, contributing to the mission of making communities healthier® through advanced diagnostic imaging. Responsibilities: Perform accurate and high-quality MRI examinations in alignment with departmental protocols, professional standards, and safety regulations, including proper patient positioning and parameter selection. Review patient histories and provider orders to confirm appropriate imaging, ensure patient safety, and uphold scope of practice. Provide clear, empathetic patient education and preparation to promote comfort, cooperation, and understanding throughout the imaging process. Administer contrast media and medications as prescribed, monitor patient status during procedures, and respond promptly to any changes. Assess image quality, make necessary adjustments or repeat scans to optimize results, and ensure thorough and accurate documentation. Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant work environment in accordance with regulatory and safety standards.
