Mortgage Product Development Manager

RenoFi is the modern home lending platform where the country's best loan officers build their business. We're a fintech wearing a mortgage brokerage's clothes: proprietary renovation products no one else can offer, a national credit union network that delivers exclusive rates and product breadth, and AI-powered marketing & origination tooling that fuels exponential growth for our loan officers. It's why originators stop shop-hopping when they get here. We're hiring a Sr. Product Development Manager to own that shelf end-to-end: the lender relationships behind it, the products on it, and the internal knowledge base that lets any LO originate any loan from anywhere, at any time. This role reports directly to our EVP of National Production, who sits on our executive team. We're a small company of operators — this is a hands-on IC role with real ownership and exec visibility.
