Als Monteur Mechanische Montage ligt de nadruk op het mechanisch assembleren van alle type verpakkingsmachines zodat deze goed werkend worden afgeleverd.

Responsibilities / Tasks

  • Bouwt alle mechanische delen op van alle type smart packers, zowel voormontage als eindmontage.

  • Monteren, afstellen en controleren van mechanische, pneumatische en servo gestuurde systemen.

  • Mede bepalen van de meest efficiënte montagevolgorde binnen het modulaire productiesysteem.

  • Uitvoeren en controleren van assemblagestappen gedurende het volledige montageproces.

  • Signaleren van verbeteringen en feedback geven op machinegroepen en samenstellingen.

  • Zorgdragen voor een correcte urenregistratie en het melden van kwaliteitsafwijkingen.

  • Begeleiden en inwerken van minder ervaren monteurs.

  • Actief uitdragen van het HSE-beleid (Health, Safety & Environment) en toezien op naleving van veiligheidsvoorschriften.

Your Profile / Qualifications

  • Een afgeronde mbo-opleiding in Mechatronica, Werktuigbouwkunde of een vergelijkbare technische richting.

  • Ervaring met machinebouw, assemblage of mechanische montage.

  • Kennis van pneumatische systemen en affiniteit met servotechniek.

  • Technisch inzicht en ervaring met het lezen van technische tekeningen.

  • Een nauwkeurige, kwaliteitsgerichte en zelfstandige werkhouding.

  • Teamspirit en de bereidheid om collega's te begeleiden en ondersteunen
