Job Description:

Resumen del Puesto:**

En CROWN Envases México, S.A. de C.V., buscamos un Montacarguista responsable y experimentado para operar montacargas de manera segura y eficiente, moviendo, cargando y descargando materiales dentro de nuestras instalaciones. Este rol es crucial para mantener la fluidez de nuestras operaciones y garantizar la seguridad de los productos y el personal.

Responsabilidades del Puesto:**

* Operar montacargas (montacargas de horquilla, apiladores, etc.) de forma segura y eficiente para cargar, descargar, mover, apilar y organizar materiales y productos terminados.
* Realizar inspecciones diarias de seguridad del montacargas antes de su uso y reportar cualquier falla o daño.
* Asegurar la correcta identificación y ubicación de los materiales en el almacén.
* Cargar y descargar camiones y contenedores siguiendo los procedimientos de seguridad y las instrucciones de envío.
* Mantener el área de trabajo limpia y organizada.
* Colaborar con otros departamentos para asegurar el flujo eficiente de materiales.
* Cumplir con todas las normas de seguridad de la empresa y regulaciones aplicables.
* Reportar cualquier incidente o accidente inmediatamente a su supervisor.
* Participar en los programas de capacitación y desarrollo que la empresa ofrezca.

Cualificaciones del Puesto:**

* Certificado o licencia vigente para operar montacargas (indispensable).
* Experiencia mínima de 2 años operando montacargas en un entorno industrial o de almacén.
* Conocimiento y aplicación de las normas de seguridad en el manejo de montacargas.
* Habilidad para leer y comprender instrucciones de trabajo y órdenes de envío.
* Capacidad para trabajar en equipo y seguir instrucciones.
* Condición física para levantar objetos pesados y trabajar de pie durante períodos prolongados.
* Disponibilidad para trabajar en turnos rotativos, incluyendo fines de semana si es necesario.
* Atención al detalle y compromiso con la seguridad.
* Educación secundaria o equivalente.
