Stellenbeschreibung
Ihre Aufgaben:
- Durchführung der Warmbehandlung von Triebwerks- und Strukturteilen
- Be- und Entladen der Roste nach Ofenbelegungsplan
- Betreiben der Anlage im Automatik-, Teilautomatik- und Handbetrieb
- Übertragung der Anlagenparameter aus SAP in die Steuerung
- Ofengleichmäßigkeitsprüfungen einplanen und Erstellung des Belegungsplans
- Unterstützung bei Versuchen und Reparaturen
- Werkerselbstkontrolle von Warmbehandlungsdaten
- Wochenplanung gemäß der Prioritätenlist
Qualifikationen
Das bringen Sie idealerweise mit:
- Eine abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung als Grundlage für Ihre Tätigkeit im Prüf- und Produktionsumfeld
- Erste Berufserfahrung im gewerblich-technischen Bereich, idealerweise in einem produzierenden Unternehmen
- Grundkenntnisse in Herstellverfahren, Geometrie sowie im Umgang mit Arbeits- und Kontrollanweisungen
- Sicherer Umgang mit SAP und MS Office zur Dokumentation und Bearbeitung prüfbezogener Aufgaben
- Bereitschaft zur Arbeit im 3-Schicht-System sowie an Wochenenden
- Eine sorgfältige, zuverlässige und qualitätsbewusste Arbeitsweise
- Gute Englischkenntnisse zum sicheren Umgang mit technischen Vorgaben und Prüfnormen
