Mitarbeiter Kundenservice VPS (m/w/d)

Was dich erwartet:

  • Aufmerksamer und wertschätzender Kundenkontakt als „guter Engel“ nach einem Unfall via Telefon und E-Mail
  • Ausbau und Pflege des vorhandenen Kundenstammes durch persönliche Betreuung
  • Erweiterung des Kundenstammes durch Beratung und Gewinnung neuer Kunden
  • Datenerfassung und Dokumentation im CRM sowie Datenversand per E-Mail

Was wir erwarten:

  • Du bist hilfsbereit und ein exzellenter Service ist für Dich selbstverständlich
  • Du fühlst Dich wohl am Telefon, bist rhetorisch stark und besitzt das nötige Feingefühl im Umgang mit Kunden und Partnern
  • Du hast eine proaktive, strukturierte Arbeitsweise sowie erste Erfahrung im telefonischen Kundenservice und/oder Vertrieb
  • Eine freundliche Telefonstimme, sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse und Ausdrucksstärke in Wort und Schrift runden Dein Profil ab
  • Der Umgang mit den gängigen MS-Office Programme sind für Dich selbstverständlich
