About this role

  • Disposition sowie Mithilfe in der Produktionsplanung 

  • Lademittel- und Lagerverwaltung

  • Analyse und laufende Optimierung logistischer Prozesse

  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen Abteilungen sowie externen Partnern

  • Monitoring der Verladungen

  • Kontrolle der Speditionsrechnungen

Anforderungsprofil:

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich Logistik, Spedition oder vergleichbar

  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Logistik, idealerweise als Disponent

  • Erfahrung in einem produzierenden Unternehmen von Vorteil

  • Durchsetzungsstärke und Kommunikationsfähigkeit

  • Unternehmerisches Denken

  • Strukturierte, eigenverantwortliche und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise

  • Gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse, ERP-Erfahrung von Vorteil

  • Hands-on-Mentalität sowie Interesse an Weiterentwicklung im SCM-Bereich

  • Bereitschaft für Schichtdienst (Frühschicht: 05:30 – 14:00 Uhr, freitags bis 12 Uhr | Spätschicht: 09:30 – 18:00, freitags bis 17:00)

Faire Vergütung – für diese Position ist unter Anrechnung von Vordienstzeiten eine Entlohnung von brutto €45.832,- pro Jahr (Vollzeitbasis bei 38h/Woche) vorgesehen. Die Bereitschaft zur Überzahlung je nach Qualifikation und Erfahrung ist selbstverständlich gegeben.
