Ihre Rolle und Verantwortlichkeiten

In der Auftragsabwicklung im Bereich Service Mittelspannung sind Sie verantwortlich für die Auftragserfassung und -verfolgung in SAP und stehen dabei mit internen wie externen Schnittstellen in regelmäßigem Kontakt. Das Arbeitszeitmodell für diese Position ist: Hybrid (#LI-Hybrid)

Sie sind hauptsächlich verantwortlich für:

  • Ersatzteilabwicklung unter Berücksichtigung von Kapazitäten und Materialverfügbarkeit

  • Erstellung von Auftragsbestätigungen sowie Pflege von Stammdaten und Umsatzdaten in SAP

  • Abstimmung mit Kunden und internen Schnittstellen bei Abweichungen von Lieferterminen

  • Überprüfung und Bearbeitung von Auftragseingängen sowie kontinuierliche Kontrolle der Auftragsstati in SAP und Excel

  • Koordination von Terminabsprachen mit Logistik und Produktion bei Änderungsbedarfen

  • Annahme von Kundenanfragen in Gewährleistungsfällen und Unterstützung des Qualitätsmanagements bei Reklamationen

Qualifikationen für die Rolle

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung (Bürokaufmann/-frau, Industriekaufmann/-frau oder vergleichbar)

  • Erste Berufserfahrung in der Auftragsabwicklung von Vorteil – Berufseinsteigende sind willkommen

  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in MS Office – wünschenswert in SAP oder einem anderen CRM-Tool

  • Fließende Deutschkenntnisse und konversationsfähige Englischkenntnisse
