In this role, you will partner directly with development teams to optimize release processes, automate cloud provisioning, and maintain containerized environments on a daily basis.

We prioritize strong foundational skills in our core technologies over encyclopedic knowledge of every secondary tool. If you bring solid core competencies in Azure, Terraform, GitHub Actions, and Kubernetes, we provide the environment and resources to help you expand your tooling knowledge on the job. This role offers a people-first culture where you can pursue your potential, work with modern cloud technology, and contribute to software that helps keep people safe. Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience is welcome.

  • Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) to contribute to hands-on deployment, maintenance, and scaling of containerized applications
  • Escalation Support to serve as a key technical contributor for escalated infrastructure issues and maintain platform stability
  • On-Call Support to participate in an after-hours on-call rotation to address critical system downtime and maintain platform availability

Basic Requirements

  • High School Diploma or Bachelor's Degree
  • 4+ years of DevOps experience supporting cloud infrastructure environments with Microsoft Azure

  • English Proficiency to effectively communicate complex technical information in English, both verbally and in writing, with global teams
