Job Title: Microsoft Teams Voice L3 SME

Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Teams Voice L3 SME to support administer troubleshoot and optimize enterprise voice and collaboration solutions within Microsoft Teams

The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in Teams Phone Direct Routing Operator Connect SBCs and Unified Communications technologies

Key Responsibilities

Provide L3 support for Microsoft Teams Voice and Enterprise Voice environments

Design deploy configure and maintain Teams Phone solutions

Manage Direct Routing Operator Connect Calling Plans and PSTN connectivity

Troubleshoot complex voice issues including call quality call routing and telephony integration

Configure and administer Session Border Controllers SBCs

Monitor Teams voice infrastructure and ensure high availability and performance

Lead incident management problem management and root cause analysis activities

Work closely with telecom providers infrastructure teams and Microsoft support for issue resolution

Implement voice migration projects from legacy telephony platforms to Microsoft Teams

Manage number provisioning voice policies dial plans auto attendants and call queues

Create and maintain operational documentation SOPs and knowledge articles

Participate in change management and drive continuous service improvements
