Media Partnership Specialist

Role Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and highly organized Media Partnership Manager to drive our brand visibility, build long-term relationships with leading financial media platforms, and manage the end-to-end execution of media campaigns.

Responsibilities:

• Build, maintain, and maximize long-term strategic relationships with media partners
• Manage the full lifecycle of commercial agreements (negotiating contracts, securing exclusive opportunities, driving better margins, handling renewals, amendments, or terminations)
• Build and maintain a consistent brand image across leading financial platforms. Drive improvements in our rankings and ratings through optimized placements
• Review and optimize partner content and reviews to enhance brand visibility and recommendations across conversational AI search engines
• Ensure real-time accuracy of all trading conditions on external resources. Coordinate with Compliance and Legal teams to meet strict regulatory and operational guidelines
• Prepare comprehensive media/content plans for regular promotional campaigns
• Plan and execute media campaigns. Collaborate closely with Design and Content  teams for asset delivery
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics (CPA, CPL, FTDs). Optimize the campaigns to maximize ROI
• Conduct regular market and competitor research to identify new media сhannels, industry trends, and strategic growth opportunities.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in Digital Marketing, Media Buying, or Partnership Management (experience in FX, Crypto, or FinTech is a major advantage)
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English (fluent written and verbal)
  Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive performance
• High level of attention to detail: essential for compliance audits, review accuracy, and managing contract terms.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Ability to manage multiple partnerships and agreements simultaneously.
