About The Role:  We’re looking for a highly experienced and results-driven Growth Marketing Strategist to join our team and manage paid media campaigns for our e-commerce consumer brands, L’ange Hair and OFIR Beauty. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of scaling e-commerce brands through Meta (Facebook & Instagram), TikTok, Google Ads, YouTube, and other paid social channels. The ideal candidate for this role should excel in full-funnel campaign strategies, analytics, and performance optimization. Our ideal candidate will bring:  A passion for using paid media to drive e-commerce success and has a proactive, data-driven approach. They should be experienced in managing high-budget campaigns, optimizing for performance, and developing scalable strategies. The candidate should also have in-depth knowledge of the e-commerce CPG space.
