De opdrachtgever is een bijna 100 jaar oud familiebedrijf en producent van hoogwaardige materialen in een nichemarkt. Met ruim 500 collega’s, meerdere locaties in Nederland en activiteiten in Duitsland zijn zij een stabiele speler in hun branche. Tegelijkertijd blijft de organisatie persoonlijk: collega’s kennen elkaar, werken hard en er is ruimte voor humor. Ze zijn betrokken, spreken elkaar aan en werken doelgericht samen. Vacatureomschrijving
Als medewerker financiële administratie ben je verantwoordelijk voor het digitale crediteurenproces van de organisatie en haar dochterondernemingen. Je verwerkt, controleert en boekt inkoopfacturen, bewaakt tussenrekeningen en betalingskortingen en handelt verschillen en betalingsherinneringen af. Je werkt nauw samen met Inkoop en leveranciers. Binnen de organisatie is volop ruimte om te groeien (bijv. in het beheer van Xtendis-Dataentry). Een mooie kans om jezelf middels de afwisseling & dynamiek verder te ontwikkelen als finance professional.
Functie-eisen
- Afgeronde financieel-administratieve opleiding op mbo-niveau;
- Kennis van Excel en SAP + affiniteit met automatisering en het verder digitaliseren van processen heeft de voorkeur
- 32-40 uur per week beschikbaar
- Communicatief vaardig (in contact met collega's & leveranciers)
- Nauwkeurig, cijfermatig sterk en oog voor details
- Hands-on en flexibele werkhouding
