Role reports to:

Maintenance Lead

Europe/Middle East/Africa, South Africa, Gauteng, Johannesburg

Fully Onsite

What you will do

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintains manufacturing equipment which may include mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, or pneumatic systems.

  • Assists with the installation, setups and changeovers of machinery.

  • Tests and makes adjustments as needed.

  • Makes routine repairs to malfunctioning equipment.

  • Assists in the Implementation of process improvements.

  • Updates required documentation including maintenance and repair logs.

  • Assists with trouble report preparation for malfunctioning equipment.

  • Reads and interprets equipment manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance and service.

  • Applies safety procedures to all work.

  • Orders parts and supplies occasionally in accordance with department procedures.

Requirements:

  • 10 years maintenance support experience

  • Understanding of Solids ,manufacturing equipment maintenance.

  • 5 years Tablet tooling maintenance experience 

  • Fault finding experience. Attention to detail.

  • Punctual and willing to work occasional overtime for maintenance support. Understanding of measurement tools and interpretation of the measurements.
