ESSENTITAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• New product mechanical design, including part design, sub and final assembly architecture design.

  产品研发中的机械设计，包含机械零部件件设计，机械电气组件的结构设计和总装验证。

• Product optimizations/improvements through design changes in terms of product performance, quality, cost or productivity.

  产品变更中的机械设计，例如通过更改设计改善产品的性能，质量，以及降低成本或者优化生产工艺。

• Play the role of product expert to support production team to resolve technical problems.

  负责新零件的验证测试计划以及实施，以及相关零部件的设计变更管理。

• Comprehensive documentation responsibility that may include, but not limited to, drafting and updating drawings, Bill of Materials, product verification plans, and test reports.

  设计图纸及文档管理，包括但不限于生成和更新图纸、物料清单、产品验证计划和测试报告。

• Support quality engineers to define inspection criteria of parts and final assemblies.

  支持质量工程师确定零件和成品的检验标准。

• Collaborate with cross functional teams such as supply chain, quality and production team during the design verification.

  在产品设计验证期间，与供应链、质量和生产等跨职能团队共同协作。

• Utilize Ralliant Business System tools to drive Safety, Quality, and Cost objectives.

  学习并利用Ralliant业务系统工具推动安全、质量和成本目标。

QUALIFICATIONS:

• BS in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Precision Instruments or related field.

  机械工程，机电一体化，精密仪器或相关专业学士学位。

• Minimum of 6 years of prior Mechanical design experience, proven experience through project is preferred.

  至少6年机械零部件/结构设计经验，有完整项目经验者优先

• Proficiency with SolidWorks, familiarity with simulation tools such as ANSYS, Abaqus, or Adams is a plus.

  熟练使用SolidWorks，熟悉ANSYS、Abaqus、Adams 等仿真分析工具者优先。

• Solid knowledge of mechanical principles, mechanism design, tolerance, dimensional chain calculation, strength/stiffness verification, failure analysis, and reliability design. Working knowledge of plastic injection modeling, die-casting and machining process.

  扎实掌握机械原理、精密机械零件设计、公差配合、尺寸链计算、强度/刚度校核、失效分析及可靠性设计。

• Familiar with the properties of common metals, plastics and rubber; knowledge of processes such as injection molding, die casting, stamping, machining, sheet metal, welding, and surface treatment.

  熟悉常用金属、塑料、橡胶等材料的选型与性能；了解注塑、压铸、冲压、机加工、钣金、焊接、表面处理等制造工艺。

• Familiar with GD&T, ISO/GB standards, DFMEA, PFMEA, APQP, and PPAP; knowledge of quality systems such as ISO 9001/IATF 16949 is preferred.

  熟悉GD&T、ISO/GB、DFMEA、PFMEA、APQP、PPAP等工具；了解ISO 9001/IATF 16949等质量体系者优先。

• Capable of requirement analysis, schedule management, cost control, and risk identification; able to collaborate effectively with electronics, procurement, production, and quality teams.

  具备需求分析、进度管理、成本控制、风险识别能力；能够与电子、采购、生产、质量等团队高效协作。

• Good at both written and spoken English.

  英语听说读写熟练。

• Project management and sensor or industrial components design experience is plus.

  有项目管理和传感器等工业零部件设计经验者优先。
