Zur Unterstützung der Abteilung Deployable Solutions Integration sucht Airbus Defence and Space eine/n Mitarbeiter/in

Mechanical Assembly & Integration (d/f/m)

Die Abteilung beschäftigt sich mit der entwicklungsnahen Integration von verteidigungstechnischen Anlagen von der Produktplanung bis zur Instandsetzung dieser Produkte im Hause und beim Kunden im In- und Ausland.   ​

Deine Aufgaben und Verantwortlichkeiten

  • Integration, Wartung und Instandsetzung von mechanischen, elektrischen und idealerweise auch IT- technischen Baugruppen nach vorgesehenen Prozessen

  • Analyse von Fehlern und Störungen an verschiedenen Systemen

  • Durchführung von Testläufen

  • Erarbeitung von Vorschlägen in Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Fachabteilungen für Obsoleszenz Beseitigungen

  • Integration von kpl. Systemen und deren Wartung sowie Instandsetzung vor Ort beim Nutzer

  • Dokumentation der durchgeführten Leistungen in dafür vorgesehenen Checklisten, Arbeitsplänen und Nachweisdokumentationen der Kunden

  • Abnahme der durchgeführten elektrischen Instandsetzungen nach DGUV-V3

  • Abnahme von Neu Systemen nach DGUV-V3

Erforderliche Kenntnisse und Qualifikationen

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Mechatroniker/Elektriker oder vergleichbarer Qualifikation

  • Zusatzqualifikation zum Techniker oder Meister

  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Produktion

  • Idealerweise Erfahrung im Umgang von Nutzern von Bundeswehrsystemen

  • Selbstsicherheit und gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten im militärischen Umfeld

  • Fließende Deutsch- sowie gute Englischkenntnisse

    Die Wartungs- und Instandsetzungsaufgaben finden auch vor Ort beim Kunden statt. Eine Bereitschaft für Dienstreisen im Inland/europäischen Ausland von ca. 30% ist Voraussetzung.
