- Starting pay: $28.96/hour
- $0.80/hour night shift differential
- 12-hour night shift: 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM
- 4 days on / 4 days off schedule

What You'll Do
As a Production Mechanic, you'll help keep our production operation running safely, efficiently, and reliably. You'll work hands-on with coating and production equipment while troubleshooting issues and making adjustments to maintain quality and productivity.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Set up, operate, maintain, adjust, and perform changeovers on production and coating equipment
- Perform equipment wash-up and routine maintenance activities
- Troubleshoot mechanical and quality issues and determine the appropriate corrective action
- Make repairs and adjustments to return equipment to service as quickly and safely as possible
- Monitor equipment performance to help maximize production efficiency and product quality
- Operate and monitor oven and coating equipment
- Identify potential equipment problems before they become larger production issues
- Maintain accurate production, maintenance, and changeover records
- Keep equipment and work areas clean, safe, and organized
- Immediately report accidents, equipment damage, unusual events, or emergency situations to supervision
- Follow all safety, quality, and production procedures
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
What We're Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous manufacturing experience preferred, but mechanically inclined candidates with the right attitude are encouraged to apply
- Mechanical aptitude and a willingness to learn
- Ability to read, write, understand, and follow instructions
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Dependable, safety-minded, and willing to work as part of a team
- Can-do, will-do attitude
- Ability to work a 12-hour night shift on a 4-on/4-off schedule
