Job Description:
Resumen del Puesto**
El Mecánico Línea Formado será responsable de asegurar el correcto funcionamiento, mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo, y ajuste de la maquinaria en la línea de formado de envases, garantizando la eficiencia y calidad de la producción.
Responsabilidades del Puesto**
* Realizar el mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo de la maquinaria de la línea de formado, incluyendo prensas, herramientas de conformado, sistemas de alimentación y extracción, y equipos auxiliares.
* Diagnosticar y solucionar fallas mecánicas, eléctricas, hidráulicas y neumáticas en los equipos de producción.
* Ajustar y calibrar la maquinaria para asegurar la calidad y especificaciones del producto, minimizando el desperdicio.
* Colaborar con el equipo de producción para optimizar los procesos y mejorar la eficiencia operativa.
* Documentar las actividades de mantenimiento, reparaciones y ajustes realizados.
* Cumplir con los estándares de seguridad industrial y las políticas de calidad de la empresa.
* Participar en la instalación y puesta en marcha de nueva maquinaria o equipos.
* Identificar y solicitar los repuestos y materiales necesarios para las reparaciones.
Calificaciones del Puesto**
* Bachillerato Técnico en Mecánica Industrial, Electromecánica o afín.
* Experiencia mínima de 3 años en mantenimiento de maquinaria industrial, preferentemente en líneas de producción de formado o estampado de metales.
* Conocimientos sólidos en mecánica, electricidad, hidráulica y neumática industrial.
* Habilidad para interpretar planos mecánicos y diagramas eléctricos.
* Experiencia en el uso de herramientas de medición y diagnóstico.
* Proactividad, capacidad de resolución de problemas y atención al detalle.
* Disponibilidad para trabajar en turnos rotativos.
* Conocimiento básico de seguridad industrial y manejo de equipo de protección personal.
