Job Summary

• Momentum is seeking a Protocol Analyst to support advanced signal analysis and characterization efforts
• The successful candidate will analyze signal characteristics to determine structure, define parameters, model signal behavior, and evaluate networking and protocol characteristics
• This role requires strong technical depth in RF systems and SIGINT-related disciplines

Primary Responsibilities

• Analyze RF signals to determine structure, parameters, behavior, and performance characteristics
• Conduct signal characterization, modeling, and protocol/network analysis
• Evaluate complex signal environments and identify technical characteristics relevant to mission requirements
• Support research and development activities involving advanced RF technologies
• Document analysis results and provide technical findings and recommendations
• Collaborate with engineering, intelligence, and mission stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• Must have active Top Secret/SCI clearance with NSA Full Scope Polygraph
• Master’s degree with 6 years of relevant experience, Bachelor’s Degree with 8 years of relevant experience, Associates degree with 10 years of in-depth relevant experience that is clearly related to the position
• Strong demonstrated experience with networking and communications protocols
• Experience performing RF signal analysis and characterization
• Strong analytical and technical problem-solving skills
• Ability to work with complex and emerging signal technologies

Desired Qualifications

• Experience in one or more of the following disciplines: COMINT, ELINT, or FISINT
• R&D experience involving advanced signal technologies
• Experience supporting weapons or space-related mission areas

Exempt hourly position. 11 paid holidays, minimum of 3 weeks PTO, company sponsored group medical plan, company paid dental, vision, life insurance, and STD/LTD plans. Salary is dependent upon the candidate’s experience and qualifications.
