ME Process technician

This position is part of our ECG segment; Connection Systems business unit located in Saltillo, Coahuila, México.

Summary (About this Position):

Manufacturing Engineering portfolios.

Your Role (i.e. Key Job Responsibilities):

• Support activities derived from development of project assigned
• Perform SOW for new projects
• Support with documentation required to release process to ME flow 5
• GD&T capabilities
• Maintain system documentation
• Maintain housekeeping/safety standards

• Knowledge in assembly process and automation

Your Required Background (i.e. Must Haves):

•  Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Mechatronic Engineering or similar
• Knowledge of electrical and mechanical concepts
• Interpretation of electrical and mechanical drawings
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel and Outlook)
• 80% English              

Your Preferred Background (i.e. Nice to Haves): 

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Mechatronic Engineering or similar
• Experience in mechanical measurements in a Laboratory environment
• 1+ years’ experience in automotive industry validation laboratory environment
• Knowledge in Mechanical concepts (Force, Moments, Torque, Pressure, etc.) Familiarity with Automotive Products Validation Process and Terms.
