Feladatok

 

  • Kapcsolattartás a beszállítókkal
  • Alapanyag szükségletek tervezése
  • Ütemezett rendelések kiadása heti rendszerességgel
  • Beszállítói elmaradások felügyelete, akciók indítása
  • Áruátvétel, könyvelés, raktárközi mozgások követése, ellenőrzése
  • Beszállítók teljesítményének értékelése, akciók és nyomonkövetése
  • Biztonsági készletek meghatározása, havi felülvizsgálata
  • Elfekvő készletek kezelése
  • Szállítások szervezése (szállítási dokumentáció)
  • Beszállítói és fuvarszámlák igazolása, Beszállítói EDI bevezetés koordinálása
  • SAP beszerzési logisztikai folyamatok üzemeltetése, fejlesztési javaslatok
  • Beszállítói és cikk törzsadatok karbantartása
  • Beszállítók fejlesztésének támogatása
  • Alapanyag és félkész termékek készleteinek monitorozása, csökkentése

Elvárások

 

  • legalább 3-5 év logisztikai területen szerzett tapasztalat
  • felsőfokú végzettség
  • min. középfokú angol nyelvtudás
  • logisztikai folyamatok ismerete, alapvető termelési ismeretek
  • MS Office, SAP alkalmazás ismerete
  • precizitás, kiváló kommunikációs, szervező és problémamegoldó képesség
