Your Role: Own the Challenge

In this role, you will be responsible for converting supply plans into executable master production schedules, balancing customer demand, production capacity, and inventory targets to ensure on-time delivery and operational efficiency.

The work model for the role is: Onsite

 

Global relocation/LTA support will not be considered for this position.

This role contributes to the ELSB Transformers Business Line and is based in Nogales, Sonora, Mexico.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain the Master Production Schedule based on forecasts, incoming volume, and capacity, ensuring alignment with business plans and customer demand.
  • Maintain planning parameters in ERP systems (e.g., SAP) to support accurate and efficient planning.
  • Collaborate with Customer Service and Material Planners to align delivery commitments and convert supply plans into executable production schedules.
  • Manage MRP exception messages and coordinate with local and regional teams to resolve planning issues.
  • Provide input to S&OP and short-term planning processes, identifying risks and capacity constraints.
  • Drive schedule stability and proactively identify risks that may impact customer deliveries, inventory levels, and production performance.

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in Production Planning, Master Scheduling, or Supply Chain Planning within a manufacturing environment.
  • Solid understanding of supply chain and production planning processes.
  • Experience supporting material planning, production planning, or supply chain teams in the implementation of new processes, systems, or planning tools.
  • Experience with MRP/MPS planning and capacity management.
  • Experience working with SAP or similar ERP systems.
  • Advanced English proficiency.
  • APICS certification (CPIM, CSCP, or equivalent) is a plus.
