About this role

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketo Specialist to manage, optimize, and support our marketing automation initiatives using Adobe Marketo Engage. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in building and executing marketing campaigns, lead lifecycle management, email marketing, audience segmentation, program development, and CRM integrations. This role requires close collaboration with Marketing, Sales, and Operations teams to drive campaign effectiveness, improve lead engagement, and ensure data accuracy across platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Design, build, deploy, and optimize marketing automation campaigns using Adobe Marketo Engage.
  • Create and manage email marketing campaigns, landing pages, forms, smart campaigns, and nurture programs.
  • Develop and maintain lead lifecycle processes, lead scoring models, and lead routing workflows.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Operations teams to understand business requirements and implement effective automation solutions.
  • Manage audience segmentation and database hygiene to ensure accurate targeting and optimal campaign performance.
  • Monitor campaign performance and generate reports, dashboards, and insights to improve marketing effectiveness and ROI.
  • Integrate Marketo with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, or other enterprise applications.
  • Troubleshoot campaign, workflow, and integration issues while ensuring smooth platform operation.
  • Implement best practices for email deliverability, compliance, data governance, and marketing operations.
  • Support A/B testing and optimization initiatives to improve engagement, conversion rates, and customer experience.

Key Skills:

  • Experience working within the Marketing automation platform Marketo 
  •  Experience in Adobe marketing suite integrating Marketo with other platforms
  • Hands-on experience working at an agency covering Fortune 500 client accounts or within an internal email department of a Fortune 500 firm managing a campaign portfolio
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills required, Experience & extensive knowledge on onboard Marketing Automation platform.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple, parallel project deadlines in a cross-functional team environment.
  • Knowledge of database management concepts and best practices Experience in one of the Methodologies - Waterfall, Agile Scrum, Agile Kanban.
  • Exposure to Adobe Marketing Cloud - Adobe Marketo Exposure to Salesforce for contact management Exposure to SQL Server, SQL MySQL or PostgreSQL Azure Blob Storage.
