Job Description
Lead marketing strategy and execution to drive brand awareness, generate qualified leads, and grow revenue through data-driven campaigns and cross-functional collaboration. Key Performance Indicators: • Increase lead volume and conversion rates • Grow brand awareness and engagement • Launch campaigns on time and within budget • Improve CAC and marketing ROI • Maintain strong pipeline through segmentation Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field • 5+ years marketing management experience • Proven track record in campaign performance metrics • Experience with CRM and marketing automation tools • Strong understanding of market research and positioning Required Skills: Marketing analytics and reporting, SEO/SEM and paid media (Google Ads, Meta), Marketing automation (HubSpot, Marketo), CRM management (Salesforce), Content strategy and campaign execution, A/B testing and experimentation, Strategic thinking, Leadership and team management, Cross-functional collaboration, Data-driven decision makingQualifications
Required Qualifications
